My wonderful friend and Breathwork elder Rhonda Levand will be teaching a seminar “Lightening Up On Sex September 20-22 on Zoom. The three days will be both educational and experiential and will include 3 breathwork sessions.
Rhonda has taught this seminar both nationally and internationally since the 90s and is the author of “Sexual Evolution”.
Our passion and sexual aliveness is often closed down just when it’s beginning to blossom. Such things as our birth experience, family traditions and religious mindsets mold our sexual experience and the success or failure of our intimate relationships. Often we feel we are alone, separate, unique and that no one understands what we are going through, especially about our sexuality. The truth is, the more we share in groups about ourselves and our sexuality, the more innocent and accepted we feel. Lightening Up On Sex means releasing secrecy, embarrassment and disappointment about sex. This training will allow participants to experience greater passion and sexual fulfillment.
We will be using a variety of techniques and processes including breathwork during the two and a half day weekend to learn more about:
- Celebrating our sexuality & sensuality
- Sexual communication skills
- Unleashing more passion
- Completing and healing the past
- Spirituality and sexuality

- Birth trauma and sexual development
- Handling sexual relationships

Master Breathworker
Rhonda is a trained rebirther, holds a masters degree in child psychology from California State University, Northridge. In 1972, Rhonda became the assistant director of Kids Unlimited- a preschool-and then went on to establish her own preschool called Mud Hole Place. Working closely with her young students-under the age of five years-Rhonda found they already suffered from emotional problems. Exploring this question led her to discover the teachings of Sondra Ray and the experience of rebirthing, understanding how the trauma suffered at birth can affect one’s entire life. Rhonda then trained to become a licensed rebirther and a manager of the Loving Relation- ships Training, which she currently practices in the Atlanta area, where she makes her home.
