Be Supported in Your
Cancer Journey
INNER EXPLORATION
When I was diagnosed with cancer I continued my journey of inner work, but on a much deeper level. For me it was a big wake-up call. Eventhough I had done a lot of work already, I found that the covid situation brought up my death urge and I fell into negativity.
“I am alive now, my life urge is greater than my death urge.”
This work is still continuing.
THE GIFT THAT CAN BE REALISED
I sat in disbelief when I was given the news. I thought I had a cyst and it would just go away. How could I possibly have attracted cancer? especially when I feel so good! I cringed when I first said, “I’m a cancer patient.” I realised that even though I had already done SO much inner work, I was still holding a lot of fear and emotional trauma.
It’s not something that ran through my family. So I brought it in.
Going through the process is hard. But if you’re willing to take a deeper dive into yourself then it is in fact a gift. What is the cancer trying to tell you? what is it’s gift?
I understand what you are going through and provide a loving and accepting space for you to to be heard, feel, look at your life situation and journey into freedom.
FEEL SAFE TO BE YOURSELF
An non-judgemental space is opened because this is your journey. You are supported in the choices you make with how to deal with cancer. You are accepted i entirely, including the things you find about yourself which are difficult. Because this is a journey of inner work and it is important to reveal the parts of your which have been suppressed and neglected.
UNDERSTANDING
When you haven’t been diagnosed with cancer it’s harder to really ‘get’ what it’s like.
Most people feel a whole range of emotions, fear, anger, frustration.
I understand what you are going through and provide a loving and accepting space for you to to be heard, to feel, look at your life situation and journey into freedom.
I use both Breathwork, Inner Child work and Brainspotting in your journey of sessions.

WHAT IS HELPING ME ON MY JOURNEY?
Oxygen therapy: in a hyperbaric chamber. When you’re in a hyperbaric chamber you are breathing pure oxygen at a lower pressure for one hour and it helped me feel more alive! Some charities such as the MS Society run hyperbaric chambers.
Detoxing: it’s a good opportunity to not only look at what you consume but detox yourself. Juicing, fasting, foot soaks with minerals, colon hydrotherapy to clean out your colon.
Brainspotting locates points in the client’s visual field that help to access unprocessed trauma in the subcortical brain.
