Breathing Deviations With Heike

Heike Strombach is a Master Trainer with 28 years Rebirthing Breathwork experience.

Suitable for all Conscious Connected Breathwork graduates. Observe Heike as she gives 2 sessions of guiding a Breathwork session. Heike will explain different breathing deviations as they occur. Often we don’t remember everything from our training so these talks are a great reminder about what to look for and what they mean.

Breathing deviations include:  forced inhale, superficial inhale, pause after inhale, retained exhalation, splintered exhalation, forced exhale, pausing after exhalation, breathing only in the chest, breathing only in the abdomen, breathing with noise in the throat, rapid breathing, slow breathing and mechanical breathing.

Not all of these deviations will be covered because it depends on which deviations the client is using at the time of the demonstration.

Demonstration Series

Heike will give demonstrations over a series of 2 sessions:

You can tell alot about a person from simply observing their breathing

Identify and understand your clients breathing deviations – subconscious patterns and help them move through them with greater ease.
