Ciara Longman
Master Breathworker & Trainer
Ciara is continually dedicated to developing herself and guiding others through difficult times.
She travelled extensively with Leonard Orr the founder of conscious connected breathing for over a decade, assisting and organising many trainings. She loves Leonard’s method which focusses on activating prana, spiritual purification, allowing space for our shadow aspects to be revealed and opening our minds to mystical experiences and insights into higher consciousness.
Ciara gives sessions and workshops mainly in the Republic of Ireland and the UK. However, Ciara is often travelling because she also writes Conscious Travel guide books.
After dabbling in personal development and spirituality for many years I decided to quit my permanent job and work on myself. I allowed myself to feel everything I had suppressed – and this work still continues. This journey took me through many different techniques and I found that Rebirthing Breathwork and Alchemical Hypnotherapy with the addition of using Plant Essences really accelerated immense changes leading to ease in my life.
Ciara is originally an Environmental Scientist, Alchemical Hypnotherapist, Medical Intuitive, Essence Practitioner and now teaches Breathwork. She is a strong advocate of conscious birth, “Healthy Birth, Healthy Earth,” and the link this has with the disassociation with and degradation of our environment. She has always had a keen interest in Astrology and uses client charts when working with them.
